An Over View

In the year 2006, a proprietorship concern was formed – Buildwell Constructions. Later on in the financial year 2009-2010 the same was incorporated as a private limited company – Buildwell Projects India Pvt. Ltd at Bengaluru, Karnataka in India.

The company commenced work on the Clinker Grinding Unit of M/s Megha Technical & Engineers Pvt.Ltd, a sister concern of M/s Cement Manufacturing Company Ltd in the year 2006. We were able to complete this assignment in nine months. Some of the other works that we executed for M/s Cement Manufacturing Company Ltd include a Stacker and Recliner with a truck unloading station for coal, concrete roads for the plant, sewage treatment plant (STP), expansion works such as cooler house and ESP extension, pre-heater, fan foundation strengthening, raw mill twin-drive foundation, tertiary crusher for limestone, water tank, S & D Building, etc.

Today our company is led by well-qualified and experienced professionals from the construction industry. Our principal areas of operation are in North India, North East India, South India and Nepal.

We possess strong financial credentials and the ability to build long-term relationships with our customers and offer them a full range of diversified construction services, while providing a safe and progressive work environment for our employees. Our employees are members of various professional associations and engineering bodies which in turn helps us deliver quality work to our customers.

Safety

Our commitment to safety is well recognized by our clients and peers alike. We have always emphasized and laid down the safety measures required in the industry. Regular safety meetings and recurrent training sessions are held to sensitize every member of our project team to be accountable for making the job site as safe as possible.

The construction industry in India also has unique cultural context and in this light, special measures have to be extended to improve and create awareness about safety.Women in particular, are provided with special jackets and safety helmets to go with the local attire, and supervisors are trained to be gender sensitive, in order to create a congenial working atmosphere. Our established safety program calls on every team member to observe and prevent any potentially riskyacts.

Every year we have been initiating a major program to promote our goal of having zero harm and zero injuries. As an initiative by our senior management, we are committed to reducing work site hazards and other accidents for improving the well-being of all our employees, shareholders, clients and business partners.
